At Hales Home Care, we have been providing exceptional and bespoke, person-centred care for over 20 years. Our privately owned group is expanding across the UK, and our service offering is constantly evolving to meet the complex needs of our service users. We’re committed to ensuring the best possible quality carers available and our highly-selective recruitment process, as well as our meticulous training programme reflects this. Not only do our carers stand out because of their training, but their warm, friendly personalities and their enthusiasm for helping others sets them apart. We deliver over 50,000 hours of award winning care each week, and we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission. The health and happiness of our service users is our number one priority, and we work hard to make certain that our professionally trained Care Workers offer you the service you need to maintain your independence, at home, surrounded by the things you know and love. We work with you to make sure the care we deliver is as individual as you are.

Our Team's Qualifications and Training

Hales has received the Investors in People Accreditation. All carers who join Hales Care are thoroughly vetted and have undergone enhanced DBS clearance, reference and right to work checks.

Once appointed they all go through our rigorous home care training sessions, delivered by our skilled ‘in house’ care trainers, before being approved to deliver care to our customers.

Upon graduating, our carers continue to receive training and support to aid in their personal development, and to ensure the quality of care you or your loved one is receiving is at its best.
